At River 16, we specialize in recording music.
Our live room offers a classic sound that will make your recordings come to life. Recording a band live in the room almost seems to be a forgotten art these days, but our live room shines here, especially. There is nothing like having a group of musicians playing together in a room - there is something truly special that happens when people connect and interact in real-time with each other while recording.
Recording Rates
Hourly Rate: $75 + HST
Day Block Rate (10 hours): $650 + HST
*Minimum 3 hour booking
*All rates include one of our house engineers. Optional assistant engineer available for an additional $25/hr+HST
POLICIES
-A 25% deposit is required 48 hours prior to session to secure booking
-Session files (including bounces) are only released upon full payment
-Files can be transferred to a Mac OS-compatible storage device provided by client or studio (as available) for an additional fee
-Day blocks include one scheduled hour-long lunch break
